About

In 1985 Peter Goldstein graduated from Whittier College School of Law, cum laude and has been licensed to practice law since 1986 in California and 1999 in Nevada. Peter graduated from the University of Southern California in 1977. He has had his own firm since 1989 and has achieved exceptional results in the area of police misconduct litigation, business disputes and plaintiffs’ personal injury.

Peter is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys Association of California, the Nevada Justice Association in Nevada and a member of the bar of both California and Nevada. Peter practices in the area of civil rights, business litigation, plaintiffs’ personal injury and practices both in state and federal court in Nevada and California. Peter and his family live in Los Angeles and in Las Vegas.

Peter’s office in downtown Los Angeles is intentionally kept to a minimum of personnel in order to obtain the best results and focus on specific cases. All cases are handled by Peter personally.

Peter has won multiple six and seven-figure Awards and settlements on behalf of his clients. Recently he settled a business litigation case for $3,000,000.00. On a smaller scale but equally important to his client was a police misconduct case against the City of Henderson which settled for $70,000.00 involving a police officer pushing his client against a car. That case was published in the Las Vegas Sun. Peter also enjoys handling government claims, police misconduct and prison litigation cases and has been focusing on one case against the Juvenile Justice of California for over five years, which is set for trial January 2010.
